1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing pixels on Cents to Trash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. THE SERVICE

Cents to Trash allows users to purchase pixel blocks within a digital canvas. Purchased blocks display user-provided content, subject to moderation and approval.

3. PURCHASES

• All sales are final. No refunds except in cases of technical failure.
• Minimum purchase: 10×10 pixels ($100 USD).
• Price: $1 per pixel, payable in USD.
• Your block appears publicly after admin approval.
• Reservation holds last 15 minutes.

4. CONTENT POLICY

All submitted content must comply with our Content Policy. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these policies without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Cents to Trash a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cents to Trash is provided "as is". Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your pixel block.
